What does the acronym EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques was born in 1991 by the American engineer Gary Craig, having been studying with Dr Roger Callahan. This procedure repeated for a few minutes and with a bit of expertise on the observation of changes in our emotional state, is listed as one of the most effective psychological methods that are known today, producing results quickly even where many other therapies they were not achieved.

As we say EFT is generally useful to eliminate all forms of emotional distress, but given the known impact emotions have on our bodies and our lives, and we are also balancing the body's energy system through tapping, EFT is usually very effective in things like
